Independent Instructor
This program allows an appropriately licensed practitioner to start or continue growing their business utilizing resources provided by the dojo. The facility will be made available to the practitioner and allow them to grow their business as they see fit and maintain their own business.
The Independent instructor pays a monthly fee for the required hours within the facility and bills and collects all revenues related to those efforts. The Independent Instructor selects from available times at the facility, and must be responsible for the facility at those times.
An instructor can select an hour slot per week, or multiple hour slots per week, but must commit to those time slots and will need to pay regardless of class attendance. Following are some examples of slot costs.
| Premium | $150 per Slot hour |
| Non-Premium | $125 per Slot Hour |
Example 1: If an Independent Instructor wishes to book Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30AM - 9:30AM that would include two slot hours per week.
As those are not premium hour slots the cost would be $125 for Tuesday and $125 for Thursday, or a total of $250 per month for that time slot on all Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Example 2: If an Independent Instructor wishes to book 7:30 - 8:30PM Friday night only that would be 1 premium slot hour or $150 per month for all Fridays within the month.
Example 3: If an Independent Instructor wishes to book 8:45 - 9:45PM all five nights that would be 5 premium slot hours or $750 per month and would include all 5 days of that time slot for the month.

Saturday hours are booked on a scheduled basis. So an approved Instructor can book the dojo on one Saturday for 1 or more hours at a cost of $100/hr. This is often used for seminars, student testing and such, and must be booked and approved independently of the monthly contract.
The Independent Instructor program can allow for growth over time in terms of facility costs - please inquire for details on this matter.
Facility Instructor
This program allows a practitioner to focus on the skills within their respective disciplines as well as the teaching of the discipline. Less time spent focusing on sales, marketing, accounting and other necessary business duties. This program provides a fixed amount of revenue per hour class to the instructor regardless of student count.
The Facility Instructor simply sets up for class, teaches the class and cleans up after the class regardless of the number of students.
The Facility Instructor requires the approval of the dojo and class content, fees, and times must be agreed upon by both parties.
